About Carly Majorana
I got into real estate the same way I do most things, all in and figuring it out fast. No backup plan, no slow ramp, just work.I’ve built my business by outworking people and paying attention to the details most overlook. Pricing, strategy, negotiation, timing, and knowing when something is actually a good deal versus just marketed well.
Most of my work is centered around St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas, with a strong understanding of waterfront properties, boating, and how homes here function beyond the listing photos. Things like access, depth, and long term value matter just as much as how it looks.
I also spend a lot of time on the water myself, which gives me a different perspective than most agents. I’m not guessing how waterfront homes work, I already know.
My approach is straightforward. I treat every deal like it’s my own money, I say what needs to be said, and I don’t chase transactions that don’t make sense.
